- Lure people in with false JD's on Internshala When I applied it was posted as General Management - False Stipend is stated. It is not mentioned as commission basis anywhere in their JD. Stipend is purely commission basis. Minimum 10 sales will not be mentioned to you unless you ask. - Candidate provided by them are also lured in under various titles and then pushed towards sales. - Their pattern for sales are such that they would just keep benefiting from it and people would not be paid. - Their MSO's have to get 2 sales on their own which is very difficult for most of them. In short they don't have to pay people for their work.
