Pros

Staff Travel Part of Ryanair Group

Cons

Low salary Office situated in Schwechat, far from Vienna, only reachable by train/car No transparency 0 empathy towards employees, especially flight attendants that can barely get some vacation days Mobbing is part of the company culture and employees get targeted and laid off without any notice People without education get in high management positions due to favouritism Newer employees get higher salaries than the hardworking ones that have been longer in the company Unreasonable deadlines and no one is fully satisfied with your performance Anger issues in some employees that really put the whole office in a bad and toxic environment Overtime expectations without any compensation No flexible working times Home office is considered a privilege and can only be achieved by some employees and only on specific day/days No physical IT department in the Vienna Office, so employees can only get remote support for software issues. Hardware issues have to be solved by random people from the office Work during some weekends and travelling is expected and non negotiable No proper trainings Random people getting promotions for doing the bare minimum and hard working employees are not being respected The general manager got into this high position after just a few months of being CEO assistant without having any background or education Legal issues Former employees sue the company due to very good reasons No job stability Random lay offs to install fear among employees, so they remain quiet
