      Pay, people were good to work with

      Cons

      Very unorganized and unprofessional. Has gone through many employees over the years. CNC machine operators need not apply, you need to be an actual CNC Machinest to succeed hear. Terrible insurance.

      Higher pay than my other offers Friendly Team Managers help when asked

      Hard to find some stuff on the floor (Bushings, collets) Brand new equipment, but still some old stuff that should be retired
