      Pros

      Good pay (for those that started a few years ago) Good benefits Flexible working (if you have the right manager)

      Cons

      Leadership have been making poor decisions for the past couple of years and ‘hedging their bets’ on the wrong thing. Which means lots of work being scrapped and undone. Nepo hiring practices and leadership giving paychecks to old buddies results in poor work environment and erodes culture

      worked with some really smart and kind people supportive environment for growth competitive pay great culture

      poor leadership decisions led to a big layoff that affected ~10% of the company in November 2025. seems like they do a big layoff like this frequently.
