      The front line staff make it bearable..just.

      Cons

      Leadership and management are horrible. No support provided to staff. Bullying culture is allowed. HR continue to protect themselves and the executive team. Confidentially is constantly breached. No respect for staff. Targets are unrealistic. Leadership only want robots. Constantly acting outside of what is legal under FairWork and WorkSafe guidelines.

      Supportive team, great onboarding process, people have a passion to help others, lots of internal training and upskilling to support participants

      Cons

      Not overly flexible with work hours, not a lot of opportunity for progression, understaffed at many points and you take on others jobs if they are away, repetitive tasks.
