      Very flexible, easy to work with. Freedom to make and own your choices in code and infrastructure. Fun projects.

      Cons

      Management is lacking in organisation. Projects are often estimated wrongly. Luckily, it can be explained and they can own their mistakes. "Hacking together" is incentivised by trying to make it to the deadline.
