Great place to work if you are interested in upgrading your skillsets. The technology is used is very new and they work in the upcoming area of Fintech/Insurtech. The management is very friendly and make you feel very comfortable.

As a startup, a lot of the processes are not in place and things can become very chaotic at times. Work pressures can go up and delivery schedules can be tight at times.

-Very difficult for newcomers to complete tasks as the product is very convoluted and the product owners are unfriendly when it comes to knowledge transfer. -Your skill does not matter. e.g. : People get hired as data scientist are made to create HTML pages. If they fail, they are fired. -Employees get tossed around from Data Science team to Projects team or Pre-Sales. -Opinion about the products does not count. If you criticize the products, you will face the anger of the product owners. -No work Life balance -Very low pay in terms of the amount of effort they ask you to put in. -Very selfish Top management team.
