The writers that worked at LatinPost were amazing, energetic and hardworking.

First, they fired all of their previous staff writers. That should have been a red flag to me. Second, their CMS had too many bugs and crashed all the time. It took forever to publish a story. Also, management threatened their writers if they didn't meet high page view quotas. But most importantly, they scammed many of their employees by not paying them a cent. I worked there for a month and never got paid. The manager hasn't answered my calls or emails...sad.

Apparently as I have to write 20 words minimum I have to list some pros. It's work experience, nothing else.

CEO is unapproachable and requires training Don't expect training or help with how to improve upon your work - they just want hits Don't expect pay to be on time - the money made goes to other pockets first.
