Exciting problems and top colleagues, energetic but surprisingly not the excessive grind culture that was advertised (think CXO should give up doing PR lol). Very product, eng, and user focused organization and everyone is rallied around building a great product.

SF is a mediocre city in many ways.

Talented team and lots of opportunities to learn outside of your specific role.

Immature and delusional leadership, micromanagement and lack of trust in employees, and overall toxic environment. Our team would be yelled at, publicly shamed, and belittled frequently. Leadership was so unaligned and impatient that it made it difficult to get real work done. Concerns that were brought to management were ignored and invalidated until almost half the team chose to leave because they were fed up.
