Work can be intense Startup hours and expectations are certainly high (although not as high as things online led to believe) Some of the people are not normal

Talented team and lots of opportunities to learn outside of your specific role.

Immature and delusional leadership, micromanagement and lack of trust in employees, and overall toxic environment. Our team would be yelled at, publicly shamed, and belittled frequently. Leadership was so unaligned and impatient that it made it difficult to get real work done. Concerns that were brought to management were ignored and invalidated until almost half the team chose to leave because they were fed up.
