This is not an environment for someone that does not function well in autonomy or ambiguity. There is grey areas and we need people who can fill those in!

Talented and collaborative engineering teams with a passion for innovation. Interesting technical challenges and opportunities to work on products with real-world impact. Flexible work arrangements and generally good work-life balance when not in crisis mode. Colleagues who genuinely care about delivering quality solutions.

Strategic direction can shift abruptly, causing rework and uncertainty. Leadership communication sometimes lacks transparency, especially during organizational changes. Limited career development and mentorship pathways for senior talent. Instability in business model and priorities creates a “reactive” rather than “proactive” environment.
