Pros
LL is a great place to work, the people have a real entrenched belief in the product and the value we are bringing to the company. A company built from an excellent academic research and development team combined with real leadership in management/sales/marketing has lead to a really agile, committed group of people who work together well and love what they do.
Cons
As with all startups there are a few process and admin related things that need working on, but that is normal for a young company and is largely mitigated by everyone pulling together.
