9ySo sorry to hear about your view of our company and how you were treated. There are normally two sides to every story and our goal is to deliver the very best service we can. In a small business , our team members (many of which are here over 15 years) know the focus. I always share a story about Ginny who has been with us for 20+ years. In the very beginning, I sat with her daily to make sure she was handling everything the right way, we call this training, not necessarily micro-management, but it could be taken that way. That daily meeting went to three days a week, and then twice a week, and then one a month, and for years thereafter she had total trust from us. It just takes time in any new position to earn that trust, as we do things differently....for all the right reasons. I do apologize for anything you took away from here as being negative. We are VERY customer focused, very driven. Most people who are here a month or two do not see the true value until they get to know us. When you first come aboard, it can be viewed as negative, until you are here for a year when you see all the reasons we do what we do, as the many employees who do enjoy working here and have been here for 15+ years.
