Pros

CEO is smart, funny Many nice people Company retreats I liked much of my work

Cons

CEO criticized employees in public chats using phrases like "totally embarrassing and inappropriate", "shame it's a shame!", and "OBVIOUSLY WRONG" Frequent threats of firing. 1 to 2 people left (fired or resigned) every month I was there. It was common to say goodbye. CEO threatened to reduce pay, demote, and reduce bonus if quality did not improve We worked most weekdays of the "company retreats" Company does not pay for your equipment (computer or phone) The "Academy" is basically a long interview + unpaid training Saw fake reviews by employees for company products Unpaid overtime often expected Asked to lie to client No health insurance

Dear reviewer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We value every opinion, including critical ones, as they help us reflect on how we can continue improving as an organization. At Lasting Dynamics, we are strongly committed to recognizing people’s contribution through a combination of competitive salaries, additional compensation and performance-based bonuses. Over the past years, the company has distributed approximately €300K–€500K per year in bonuses across the team, in addition to salaries and other benefits. We continuously benchmark our compensation policies against the Italian and Spanish markets, with the goal of remaining above the average for comparable expertise, seniority and responsibilities. Regarding our organizational model, Lasting Dynamics is known for its Agile-as-a-Service approach, which is based on autonomy, trust and accountability. We intentionally promote self-management and empower teams to take ownership of their work, while keeping project management structures lean and focused. Scrum Masters and project leads are involved where needed to support delivery, remove blockers and ensure alignment, without creating unnecessary bureaucracy. We understand that every experience can be different, and we are always open to constructive feedback. Anyone who wishes to discuss specific concerns is welcome to contact our management team directly. Warm regards, Lasting Dynamics
