I have been with the company 15 plus years. I have seen amazing growth over this time, from 1 plant to 5 plants. It was a privately held business with opportunity for growth for the employees. It is now a publicly held company and under the new leadership it has continued to grow and be a great place to work. Salaries are competitive, benefits are really good. There is great focus on employee satisfaction and really listening to the employee’s ideas and opinions.
