      steady business for food production decent pay for the area and benefits.

      Cons

      worked 9-13hrs or more a day anywhere form 6 to 24days straight did not make it worth it for mid level salary

      Pay is relatively good for the area, able to work independently, able to learn new machinery and processes on the job

      Cons

      Almost no communication or training with management. Makes a lot of promises they don't keep.
