      OK place to work. Coworkers were great.

      Cons

      Certain Managers are are unreasonable and others are a pleasure to work for. Extremely divided departments. Obtained a the same job with another company and doubled my salary.

      Pay is relatively good for the area, able to work independently, able to learn new machinery and processes on the job

      Cons

      Almost no communication or training with management. Makes a lot of promises they don't keep.
