Management was friendly and did what they could to work with what they had.
Cons
Little to know close parking, there is virtually 0 socializing or team building, lack of tooling, lack of technical skills even those with tenure, and bullying. I mean, WOW, the toxicity in the assembly area is suffocating. As a newbie (with many years of high-level technical skill under my belt), I had to run around looking for tools to find out that someone (that I had never interacted) had been stealing and hiding my tools because he was mad I got the job over someone else!? Speaking up about issues leads to threatening comments about losing the job by the other technicians.
