Disorganized and dysfunctional - Anonymous employee Lasertel Employee Review

Salary isn't competitive. Poor/no company culture. There's not really much cohesion between departments and no one really seems to understand what's going on or who is responsible for what. High IT security with tiny, underfunded IT staff makes job difficult. Refusal to fund key areas is apparent. Expectation to work on weekends and holidays to cover over promising and unrealistic expectations by management. Production shutdown for a week during the summer that employees are expected to use their vacation time to cover with few weeks notice.
