Pros

Free lunch and parking. Fun coworkers.

Cons

This is a perfect job for you if: 1. You're fresh out of college and in dire need of a job. 2. Money doesn't matter and wouldn't mind being underpaid. 3. You don't mind getting salary but your hours are carefully monitored and working more than 40hours a week every week is preferred. 4. You're good at stroking Thomas Phelp, CIO's, ridiculously large ego. 5. Being micro managed by the CIO is ok with you. 6. Being "mentored" by Thomas on things he doesn't specialize in. You have a better chance for the CIO to hire you if you're: 1. Young 2. Asian 3. Female 4. If you're all of above and wouldn't mind taking a "mentoring" shot with the CIO for an ad or a future HR brochure. You're doomed if you do the following: 1. Maturely call CIO out on his ego in front of other people. He will find any excuse to get rid of you. If you do it privately then he will act like it never happened. Fact: 1. Over 50 people have quit this year. Some without a job because of poor management. 2. Salary on this site is lie.

Pros

working at Laserfiche has been a fantastic experience. I'm not even kidding. From the moment I started, everyone was just so helpful and the whole team is super collaborative. The work itself is challenging, but in a good way, and it feels like what we do actually makes a difference for our customers. If you're looking for a good company that's smart and actually cares about its employees, you should totally check out Laserfiche.

Cons

Things change fast and project shift midflight because technology changes. You got to be adaptable and ready to change or be completely disappointed. Work loads can vary greatly. There is a heavy focus on security. Sometimes you have to work on legacy systems.

Pros

Decent work-life balance and benefits Hybrid work (although jobs could be done fully remote)

Cons

Low trust in employees’ ability to do their job. Upper management and executives set expectations that just make the job more difficult especially when flexibility to work with multiple time zones are a must.
