Pros
The exciting part about the work here is working with hundreds of technologies, innovators, and startups in different sectors, such as clean tech and energy, agriculture and food, oceans, etc, and especially technologies working towards the UN SDGs. The opportunity to work on federal and community-centric programs expands the range of exposure and learning. The team I collaborated with was very kind and passionate about the mission, and my Manager was a very good mentor for me, keeping me motivated and providing the needed support. Working with different stakeholders like sponsors, agency clients, advisors, and subject matter experts helped improve my stakeholder management and relationship management skills. My time here helped me prepare better for the kind of future roles I had in mind related to sustainability projects.
