No diversity or mentorship - Legal Administrative Assistant Larson King Employee Review

If you are not a more seasoned LAA this is not the place for you. There is very little to no mentorship, so hopefully you know what you're doing. Whether you're hired or fired is dependent on one person (HR). There isn't really a whole lot of diversity here. Also, there was no team building, group outings with attorneys to get to know them. It almost felt like you were less than you are as a person if you weren't an attorney.
