      Pros

      I love the culture here. Yes, work needs to get done (of course) but nobody is being micro-managed, nobody is cracking the whip. Fun is allowed. Schedules are flexible. Independence while working is common.

      Cons

      Nothing major enough to comment on. I suppose the products aren't the most exciting, but they're important for health and safety.
