Terrible Company - Anonymous employee Larkin Express Logistics Employee Review

Good afternoon. Sorry to see your review when I logged into Glassdoor this morning. It is concerning to read your comments and perceptions regarding racism experienced, and this is first time that I have heard of these accusations. This is not something we take lightly as a company and would like to address. Ideally you would have vocalized these concerns through Management channels and HR channels (even anonymously) and given us an opportunity to address them. We are at a point where Larkin Express and you have parted ways. However, that does not mean Larkin Express is any less accountable to treating people with dignity. We have no intention of ruining lives and aim to foster a positive work environment. I would welcome the opportunity to have a conversation and learn more about your experience.
