      Pros

      Everyone is really nice when you start

      Cons

      They're not doing AI even as the general public would understand it. They also deeply mix test data with production data in a way that appears purposeful. That ends up delivering bogus numbers to clients. A bit of a strange environment, let alone thinking about the business practices.

      Cons

      Healthcare industry is a slow-moving industry. Company growth has been slowed by the healthcare industry cycle. But for any deeply meaningful work, it's worth the wait.

      - Remote work is nice. - Most of my co-workers are brilliant

      Cons

      - tech debt is out of control - no clear direction. I don’t trust the CEO and CTO’s judgement - layoffs upon layoffs - sinking ship
