Great energy, amazing people - Senior Software Engineer Lark Employee Review

I recently started at Lark but coming from another health tech company, Lark is different in a very positive way. The energy of the company is very positive and everyone is very nice and engaging. The mission to provide compassion is immediately noticeable even in the way the company interacts internally. I also like how they are tackling initiatives by biting off smaller pieces and executing fully instead of trying to do too much and not making the same impact.
