Pros
There various pros to being a cabana server if you like the outside being a cabana server would be a perfect for you because you are attending customers outside in the tennis courts, and pool area. This gives you the privilege to have same customers for the summer.
Cons
The cons is the management. There could've been more understanding management and wanting to get to know your employees there was no sense of connection, and team work which wad downside.
