Pros

Above average salary package if follow their employment letter of 9AM-6PM Get to meet alot of people

Cons

Promoters are given an unrealistic sales target, if you cannot achieve, you will be monitored and pushed till midnight. Micro management to an extend where you don't even have time to go for a toilet break. You will get penalized and sacked with a 7 day notice if you do not achieve their targets, situation made worst with the absence of proper training and you are expected to do your job like the founders do. Having sufficient time to rest and sleep is an extreme privilege to work for this company, and this refers to sleeping 5 hours a day including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Essentially no career opportunities as the founders are autocratic management style.

Pros

The HR team has improved significantly over the pass 2months. Despite having a smaller team, the current HR personnel are highly responsive, approachable, and genuinely committed to supporting employees. They consistently follow up on employee concerns, communicate updates and clearly. Moreover working in a team with helpful and friendly colleges helps us work in a positive environment.

Cons

Some processes are still manual and could benefit from automation. Training for new employees could be more structured. Career advancement opportunities could be more clearly defined, and communication between departments could be improved. Workloads can be demanding during busy periods, but this is manageable with proper planning.

Pros

Good place to learn what not to repeat in future leadership roles. You’re fine as long as you know how to cling to the C** and get involved in the dirty politics. Be someone can give loved sharing drinks and food or helping him buying groceries in the mart.

Cons

This company has severe issues with planning and leadership consistency. Retrenchment was initially communicated as a one-time measure, but it has become a recurring quarterly exercise. This creates a culture of fear and instability. What makes it worse is that while employees are being retrenched, new roles are simultaneously being hired. This shows a lack of proper workforce planning and raises questions about whether retrenchment is being used as a shortcut to remove underperformers instead of managing performance properly. Management commitments around bonuses were not fulfilled. Medical benefits and annual leave entitlements have been reduced over time. Trust between leadership and employees has significantly deteriorated. After the previous Head of HR left, HR governance became weak. Management appears to run HR processes themselves, resulting in inconsistent practices and poor employee relations. This is not a stable environment for professionals looking for structured growth, transparency, or long-term career development.
