Room for advancement. I started as a guard, moved up through a few supervisory gigs, and was eventually moved into federal contract work. In the space of a few years my pay more than doubled.
Cons
It is a security company. Like all security companies, they are fighting to under-bid the competition. Some of the contracts they win are at a rock bottom price, which puts management in the position of having to cut corners in order to make a profit. Keep a close eye on your pay stubs.
