Pros

- Most of the team are super friendly and easy to get on with - I like the idea of what the company could offer and achieve for the UK health industry

Cons

- No clear company direction (even though they act like they do) - Terrible onboarding - so much to learn in such a short period of time (with little help from the team) - Some very b*tchy employees led to a very toxic work environment - Management styles are left to be desired - Felt stressed every single day (note: I now work in a role that's almost identical and I'm never stressed. So it's definitely the company, culture, management that's the issue, not the work or my ability) - I got reprimanded for not booking meeting with a manager. But when I checked her calendar it was totally full - so I suggested it would be easier if she booked one in with me. She was not happy with that idea. Yet I couldn't find a single slot for 2 weeks in her calendar.

Pros

In my time with Lantum, I have worked with wonderful fun loving people. The company takes the time to learn each person's unique strengths, and give them the autonomy to do their best work. The company is constantly growing and therefore new roles being developed on a regular basis, so there is plenty of opportunity to move and grow in the company. When I started at the company, my direct manager met with me before the start of each day for skills training, such as agile certification and microsoft excel courses. I have learned so much in my time at Lantum and have been given countless opportunities to build my portfolio. We work hard at Lantum but we also play hard. I would recommend Lantum to any friends of mine, and in fact, I have!

Cons

Due to being a start up, we are still figuring out the best processes for our operations teams. There is a lot of trial and error which can result in frustration, but ultimately it feels great to have say in what these processes will look like.

Pros

- Nice people across the org and welcoming vibe - Nice office

Cons

- Onboarding is an afterthought, I couldn't get access to several links in my onboarding doc months into the role. - Primary Care product seems stagnant, resources from 2020 show an almost identical proposition. This makes motivation to work for the team pretty low as the focus is firmly on Secondary Care. - Salary is below market average. - Unrealistic OTE. - Enablement is non-existent. - Nobody really to lean on, there were no other AEs. - Everybody I spoke to had negative things to say about the CEO, which in combination with the lack of resource allocation into your team, negatively impacted morale. - Pointless stand-ups every Monday which seemingly nobody was engaged in. - Selling to the NHS has a lot of issues, mainly with being able to actually get in contact with people and more so, with how difficult it seems to be to control the sales cycle.
