      great resident population is about it

      awful food, very high turnover, poor management, lazy management, burnt out employees who are set in their ways to work the absolute minimum and don't strive to improve. employee evals don't get done

      Lantis just took back over our facility and has to pick up messes that the last owner made.

      Poor management Pay is not great, and the company makes it difficult to accrue overtime.
