      Excellent on-going training, team building. Creativity is encouraged and recognized by upper management. Eric, though new, is getting to know all staff, buildings and programs.

      Cons

      Health Insurance Coverage is expensive and covers nothing. Salary not equivalent to work load.

      only 2 days work from home per month and up to the supervisor to get them

      - permanent housing so you don't have to find clients housing necessarily. -

      Cons

      - horrible management - always short staff - inconsistent case loads - no union can be fired at any time regardless of how much you contributed to the company
