      Pros

      The job is so easy. All you do is sit there and check in books. You are allowed to print out anything for school. You have time to study for school.

      Cons

      The pay is awful. The management doesn't really pay attention to anything and people complain all the time about how much they get paid. It gets old after a while. You also encounter some interesting people.

      Pros

      Everyone here is very easy to get along with, I've been here for almost eight years and love it as much now as I did when I started.

      Cons

      Libraries are still very underfunded so if you're looking to get rich the public library system definitely isn't the place.

      Pros

      pretty calm place with the notable exception of a few patrons. Lots of opportunity for training and flexibility for starting your own initiatives

      Cons

      unclear directions. The director will schedule for people to be at the front desk at a time and then get mad there's more than two there.
