You will work hard and put in an ungodly amount of time, but you will realize your potential to accomplish more than you can imagine. The people who are successful here have fun accepting the biggest challenges.
Cons
The landscaping or green industry has a long history of being an all-consuming career choice. Some more progressive landscape companies have challenged this habit and have creatively and successfully found solutions to offer their employees a better work-life balance. This is not one of those companies.
