Cons
- Low to average salaries are offered. - Some departments have too much power and dictate the organisation - not sure why. - Low scores on engagement surveys seem to have drastic consequences. - No opportunity to negotiate during appraisals. - Training is available for some positions and in other positions, there is no opportunity for growth or training. - Almost all new positions are posted in Valencia. - Older staff seem to be sacked. - The CEO is unfriendly and disinterested - unless you're management. - Some departments do not have clear structures or outlooks. - Not all departments and people are valued equally.
