Good people, poor management - Strategic Solutions Consultant LanguageWire Employee Review

Compensation levels are low. HR is an unprofessional mess. Management has very little industry experience and this leads to poor and inconsistent decisions. Tech development is a mess - unclear priorities, poor procedures, insufficient understanding of the industry standards, products look good but are not up to scratch beneath the surface. Unfortunately, I would also describe the organisation as untrustworthy.
