Pros
The ladies who provided us initial training (all over the phone) were really caring people. Working at home - no commuting time and expenses
Cons
Extremely low pay for extremely specialized techniques. Very poor communication and lack of support from the management once your initial training is over. Virtually no benefits. Very rigid schedule for scheduled interpreters - all the breaks and lunch period are scheduled, and schedule adherence is monitored through use of a portal.
