Pros
- Flexible work time - Work from home = saving on commuting costs and time - Given 2 15min paid breaks per day (I worked 8 hours per day) - Paid training - Benefits are satisfactory
Cons
- Once you are over the 3mo probation period, you have nobody to contact with regards to your questions whatsoever, cos you do not have a direct supervisor or manager or anything. You can try submitting a support request but they can totally choose to ignore you. - We get a lot of calls sometimes and this is very exhausting relative to the pay you are getting
