No micromanagement, no extensive QA reviews.

Cons

Low pay. Poor communication. Low call flow. They don't care about the employees. Late payments. Training is not paid.

Pros

Classes are good. Instructor is great.

Please don’t join them, you will waste time. They make sure do an assessment which is fine, but the problem is the audio itself. Not very audible. Independent work idea was excellent yet they want the person to do a certain amount of hours, that’s a red flag. No independent contractor work requires the independent worker to do “an amount of hours” as the independent worker chooses how many. Asking people to do that while under the premises of independent contractor is not good. Waited final assessment for them to see if you qualify for the job, never sent it or received the link after days once the training was over even though I sent messages asking what happened or whether it will still resume in order to apply. However, no email was sent back. Never received the certificate of completion of the class after it was mentioned that you will after the completion.
