Greedy, expect their workers to work for pennies nowadays (after paying a fair amount), don't offer solutions anymore, now they are just like if you don't accept this super low payrate you can just leave. They don't appreciate workers with experience and years working at their company. And they just expected workers to starve before being honest about how they were behaving and how they were playing with the workers rates.
