Pros

The students were almost always lovely. Central school in Moscow is a relaxed and friendly working environment. Pay isn't great, but it's enough to have a decent lifestyle. Accommodation is provided, as is visa invitation and all the other paperwork, which in Russia can be especially challenging.

Cons

Some colleagues and management were difficult to work with.

Pros

Good opportunity to get paid to travel. The company invests in you, so the pay might not seem competitive at first, however great opportunities to travel and gain experience.

Cons

Don't always have consecutive weekends

Pros

Working at Language Link gave me good experience working in a cross-cultural environment. I moved to Russia to improve my Russian and become immersed in another country, while being paid. You get housing, which takes out a lot of stress when you are moving to a different country. They are reliable in paying on time.

Cons

The schedule is all over the place. You have no control of it and that can be stressful. However, this is pretty much how teaching English abroad goes. Very low pay for the amount of work you are expected to do.
