Expect to be micromanaged. Management gives off the impression that they don’t trust employees at all. They will check on your every move. The environment feels less like a professional workplace and more like being treated as schoolchildren by teachers. There’s also very clear unfair and unequal treatment: certain employees are given flexibility, while others are forced to come in every single day with no option for balance.
