      Pros

      Great company culture. Great work/life balance. Unlimited PTO. Great teammates. No micromanaging

      Cons

      Company is not doing well. Constant layoffs. Language IO might not have a future. Small start-up so we had to constantly stop what we're doing / what we planned for, and do client requests.

      welcoming and inclusive culture, work/life balance, very little bureaucracy, collaborative teams, managers and colleagues who care about the mission and the people.

      the uncertainties that affect start-ups can be stressful; widely dispersed teams can create disconnect at times
