      -Start early, finish early (EU Market) . -Some level of autonomy. -Possibility for good team

      -The core of the company is not concise nor experienced in business. -International company with a salary expectation that doesn't correspond even to the Brazilian Market. -Not organized. -Possibility for a horrible team, detrimental to your progression.
