They’ll change your job description, not tell you, and then berate you for not being on top of these new responsibilities. There is no career development and limited opportunities for advancement unless you’re apart of their “boys club”. It’s very common to be bullied or berated, do not expect anyone to care when this happens. make this a horribly toxic work environment for anyone with less than 6+ years of tenure at the company.
