Pros
Everyone outside of the Accounts Receivable department seem very happy with the company. I'd strongly recommend if you plan to get your foot in the door, go to a different department to do so. That will keep your morale high .
Cons
The work environment is extremely toxic in the A/R department. The morale is extremely low. You're workload is enormous and you must stay on top of it, whether it's realistic or not. It's a rough environment- there is Corporate Bullying occurring right in front of management and they say nothing. That paired with the workload make this department unfavorable.
