Pros
I always felt like Landstar had my back if I got in a sticky situation with a driver or approved carrier. It happens and has nothing to do with how great of an agent you are. Also always looked forward to the conventions my favorite part!
Cons
I never felt like my regionals have vested that much in my success I sometimes felt like whomever is doing the best in their district gets the attention and it should be the agencies that are struggling should get more attention to get back on their feet. I have not heard from my regional since before the pandemic,,, And my agency is not performing at all after having 2.5 million dollar revenue in the past now and 11 yrs as agency owner. It is zero now probably shutting it down. Crickets over here.
