Good for the locals who do not wish to have any career growth. About to retire soon. This company just wants quota.

Unfairness because race and nationality do matter especially in this company. Landscape engineering is Filipinos paradise. They will get a Filipino to be your superior which is ridiculous. Only pinoys can get the opportunity to attend course and get credits for all projects. Locals do not stand a chance unless you are an Indian. If you are a foreigner from another country, life is tough here too. Pinoys won't show respect to you.
