I have been employed at Landscape Development for over 22 years. I was hired in the maintenance department right out of college, worked my way up to managing the maintenance department for 4 years, became a project manager assistant for 3 years, managed my own team as a project manager for 12 years, ran the Valencia Division for 2 years, and now I have been a senior business developer for the past 1.5 years. I was promised the opportunity to have a career here and I have not been disappointed. I make a good living doing what I love. Cons
You have to love to hustle. LIke anything else, you get out of it what you put into it. If are the type of person who wakes up in the morning, dreads coming to work, and just shows up to get your eight hours in, this is not the place for you. You are expected and challenged to produce. If you are not motivated, you need not apply!
