Industry Knowledge by association - not from the company but from the customers that do business with them

This is one of the worst work environments I have seen out there, they are unstable at best with most all employees looking to get out of there or spending all day complaining about how bad it is. They hired me on for the position I applied for but put me in entirely different position - one I did not apply for and broke all promises of title and pay. The small group of some how related employees is one weird and creepy group. Save yourself the headache of having to deal with another "bad Job" situation it's a small business with small rewards...
